Welcome to Waikanae Baptist Church!
Waikanae Baptist Church seeks to be a relevant part of our community while serving the needs of our members. Through our services and activities, we provide for those within our walls as well as reaching out and influencing those around us.
Our vision and emphasis is on encouraging families, whilst catering for the needs of all ages.
Ministries
Our ministries allow folk to serve the church family in many areas, including: activities for women, men and families; rest homes; prayer; worship; missions.
Community Activities
Waikanae Baptist Church runs activities for all ages including: Mainly Music; Mainly Mums; "Wired" for intermediate children; Friday night Youth; Friendship group for seniors; a wide variety of small (house) groups; monthly Sunday night "Plugged In" get together for family aged people; the Op shop; special practical community projects.
